Established in 1910, the Galley restaurant has come to be known as one of Wind Gap's highly valued establishments, providing its customers with only the finest seafood specialties as well as a wide variety of steaks and special menu items to choose from. Now under new ownership and new management, the Galley remains committed to serving only the freshest dishes, made with the utmost care, and served to you in a congenial atmosphere.

We're pleased for you to meet the Hadjiev family! Stefan Hadjiev, the new owner and top manager of the Galley, has had experience in the restaurant industry for many years.  He along with the new chefs at the Galley are excited about their newest venture and welcome you to join in the excitement!

We at the Galley have a strong dedication to serving quality seafood, pasta, steaks, and desserts in the most elegant of settings. Deriving from our own familial roots an interest in European cuisine, we add to the list of rare and delicious dishes available everyday, certain specialties whose taste and secret recipes can only be found in Europe.
